Artsy-Girl Mosaics will contact you via
e-mail before shipment of your order with delivery
and shipment information, including the shipping
costs. Shipping will usually be within 48 hours of
receipt of your order. All packages will be sent
insured against loss or damage. Shipping costs are
paid by the buyer. Please be aware that some
mosaic art is VERY HEAVY and the shipping costs
will reflect this.
If you are unhappy with your order for any
reason, contact Artsy-Girl Mosaics within 30 days
of receipt and we will gladly issue you a refund.
All refunds are dependent on the receipt of your
return item in its original, undamaged, condition.
Please use all original packaging to ensure your
returned item does not get damaged. Artsy-Girl
Mosaics will not be responsible for damage caused
by improper packaging by the customer. We do
recommend you insure your return package.
Note: Shipping costs are not
refundable. If you wish to return your order,
return shipping costs are your responsibility.
